It was FCO, our FCC, 2022-01. 00:09:48
It was a change to employee benefits. 00:09:53
Back in 2022. 00:09:56
It came with 7 components. 00:09:58
My request is just to address. 00:10:00
One of the components. 00:10:03
Which would require a change only to the handbook. 00:10:05
The financial impact overall. 00:10:09
Would be pretty minimal to the county of. 00:10:12

At that time, the employees. 00:10:17
For the from the county. 00:10:20
Not any of the bar you and employees, which is approximately 50% of the employee makeup of the county. 00:10:22

Tasks to relinquish. 00:10:30

For an evaluation of a salary increase. 00:10:36
That salary increase was done by Wis study and the salary reward else escalated. 00:10:40

To a low of 2.7% over the. 00:11:18
The six year period from 21 through 25. 00:11:21

To pay days off were. 00:11:29
Was a negotiation. 00:11:31
Jointly by again the Commissioners and the Council to. 00:11:33
Address the significant shortfall of salaries at that time. 00:11:37

And that is to restore the 2P days, two sick days. 00:11:55

The road department does follow the handbook so they would be entitled to this potentially if agreed upon. 00:12:22

It's just an it's an invigoration to the employees to also feel like they're. 00:12:39

Paid time off is not a paid. 00:13:01
Our personal days are not a paid. 00:13:03
If upon separation, paid time off benefits. 00:13:06
Sick time is paid out at a maximum of 45 days. 00:13:09
As long as you're hired before 2022, which. 00:13:13
The ordinance addressed that independently said no one was paid out sick time after that period. 00:13:16
