	The opioid oversight committee that overseas the unrestricted opioid funds.	00:11:05
	Actually met in September and approved this item and I was neck deep in budgets.	00:11:10
	And failed to put this on a council meeting, so this is an approved.	00:11:15

	Purchases out of that fund by the commissioners and this just appropriates the monies to the line to cover.	00:11:23
	The cost This is a renewal of services.	00:11:29
	That are provided through the.	00:11:32
	Through NAPD's.	00:11:35

	After meeting with the gentleman who runs it.	00:11:39
	I have found that about 90% of the services that comes out of there is actually funded.	00:11:43
	Through other organizations, not through that organization itself. Their budget is.	00:11:48
	Provided through outside sources. For the most part, the tools that are getting renewed are.	00:11:53
	Gray key and magnet and they are.	00:11:59
	Extraordinary electronic tools that have been utilized.	00:12:01
