All these months it's fully built out and now the vegetation has been established beyond 70%, which is a requirement of the state 00:06:29

Routinely talk to them and they say they clean it up, but they don't clean it up, you know, and so kind of looking. 00:06:41

On that list we had Heritage take a look at two or three different. 00:12:38

There happened to be money for some bonds or something like that, that these projects would be ready to go. So we had Heritage 00:12:55

Clearing the basin out and then putting a low flow ditch across the basement to try and prevent all the cattails and everything 00:14:41

The North's half sort of drains to a. 00:53:02
Creek that comes under Hwy. 150. 00:53:05
And the South half drains towards the fall station Dr. 00:53:08

And drains through a big pipe under Lafollette Station Dr. 00:53:13
So it's a little bit unique in that it's relatively small watersheds. 00:53:16
And it's being developed. I'm normally here. 00:53:20

This is being developed as commercial. 00:53:24
So it's a more intense use probably. 00:53:26
It's gonna end up being probably, you know, 7080% impervious. 00:53:28
So so the post development runoffs are much larger than normal. 00:53:31

As well as the the detention drain time on the North basin. 00:53:41

So to compensate for that. 00:54:34
That causes the outlet structure for the detention basin to be. 00:54:36

Protections on it as we can. 00:54:46

Facing down with a sump so that anything that floats. 00:54:50

It's also integrate that has 1/2 inch by half inch mesh on it. 00:54:56
So we've taken every precaution that we can to keep it from from clogging. 00:55:00

We will tender our long term maintenance agreement that puts the onus. 00:55:10
