Ongoing for a couple months. So we got this complaint on the 10th. 00:04:41

The contractor and get everything resolved within seven days, which I thought was a huge success we. 00:04:47
Emailed him, told him the urgency. 00:04:52
Told him he had basically two days to get it taken care of. 00:04:54
He's like, that's not a lot of time. I was like, well, do your best. I didn't get involved and. 00:04:57
He was able to get it resolved. He went on site. 00:05:01
Inspected it and it looked good so we got all the compliance. 00:05:03
And documentation back over to Ronnie at Item. And he was satisfied with that. So that was really good. 00:05:06
The second complaint was a little bit unique because it was anonymous. 00:05:11
And so they gave us a description of what the issues were and we are inspector went out there to go inspect it and he was able to 00:05:14

Some of these issues that they were talking about. 00:05:21
And so we didn't have anybody that we could call to follow up with. 00:05:23
And so we basically just reported back to item that we didn't see necessarily the things that they were talking about, sent the 00:05:25
pictures in and so forth. 00:05:29

Potentially expecting to get another follow up maybe if. 00:05:35
The person who called in the complaint said, you know, they want to talk to us or something like that, but we had no way of 00:05:38

I think that was part of what the complaint was. We had some other issues on our reports in addition to that and they were able to 00:06:11

One of those being the Springs of Old Georgetown. That was one of the most critical ones that we had because there was so fence 00:08:00
down that was Lounge 7 in the creeks. 00:08:04
And so we ended up meeting on site with the developer and the Superintendent. 00:08:08
And they started making improvements that day and then they had already made some improvements before we got out there, but then 00:08:13
they started doing some additional measures that day while we're out there and we're able to get everything resolved. 00:08:18

So, and that was one where we said basically, you know, we've given you multiple reports. 00:08:27
We've gotten Chris involved. We've had an on site meeting. The next step is to go to the board and basically say you guys are in 00:08:31

Nose termination, not nose termination. South Park orders or something like that. And that was finally getting their attention. 00:08:40
