Unrestricted opioid settlement funds, which is Fund 12:38 and I like to be very clear that it is very separate from the J Rack. 00:13:50
And the restricted funds that we receive. 00:13:58
This is the fund that the Commissioners protected for use of investigation and interdiction into the Community. 00:14:00
We recently approved. 00:14:07
$10,000 to be set aside for drug testing services throughout investigations. 00:14:09

An additional 10,000 into our training line. 00:14:17
To send an NAPD detective to a digital investigation. 00:14:20
Week long course. 00:14:24
And an ISP detective. 00:14:26
To the National District Attorney Associations investigative course that's coming up. 00:14:29
Two separate officers going to two separate officers going to two separate trainings. The training. 00:14:35
Cost not to exceed $10,000. I don't anticipate that it'll reach that amount, but. 00:14:41
One of them is out of town, so we'll be covering slight costs. Yeah. This will be also be our first time providing training to the 00:14:46
Indiana State Police. It is the first time that we're covering training for ISP. 00:14:51
So, you know, we were very clear when we set this up. We wanted to make sure this was available for. 00:14:57
All law enforcement agencies that work. 00:15:02
At Floyd County, it's a. 00:15:04
I'm, I'm actually really excited. So this year we're providing training. 00:15:06

And then also a probation officer. So in APD, FCPD and ISPD are going to trainings. 00:15:12

Looking to get approval for the mediation agreement that was discussed and agreed to yesterday, contingent on approval here today 00:17:14

OK, so in this agreement, Floyd County will pay the City of New Albany the sum of $207,750 within 30 days of the agreement. 00:17:30
That is in line with the 2000, sorry, 1999 interlocal agreement between the city and the county which outlined the two entities. 00:17:40

Real estate itself that it sits on, but the building, so that property was appraised. That number is the average of those two 00:17:52
appraisals that each body got. 00:17:56

In that building, the county also agrees to let the city occupy the animal shelter building. 00:18:10
