This meeting order you will please rise and. 00:00:02
One is in the plight of allegiance. 00:00:06
I pledge allegiance to the flag. 00:00:08
Of the United States of America. 00:00:10
And to the Republic. 00:00:12
Which stands one nation? 00:00:14
Under God, indivisible with. 00:00:16
Liberty and justice for all. 00:00:18
All right, if you. 00:00:23
Have a cell phone if you don't mind putting that on silent. 00:00:26
And. 00:00:30
Let's sit back and just have a. 00:00:33
Quiet moment for individual prayer, meditation, reflection. 00:00:34
Get ready for tonight's meeting. 00:00:39
All right. Thank you and welcome. 00:00:59
To our last scheduled meeting of November. 00:01:02
We have a relatively short agenda and we'll have time for public comment afterwards. 00:01:05
First, under new business, the sheriff Steve Bush with a contract for healthcare personnel and administration amendment. 00:01:11
Thank you very much. Before you is an amendment to our original contract for medical contract in the jail. 00:01:18
I'm gonna just explain it in two parts because there's two amendments. 00:01:24
The first one is. 00:01:26
For the last quarter of this year from September to December. 00:01:28
In terms of reimbursement, the numbers changed our contract stay statically. 00:01:31
Towards the end of the year. 00:01:35
But they had it raised, so this is just showing an amendment that it stays static. 00:01:37
The numbers reflect that. 00:01:41
The second part of the amendment is. 00:01:43
Starting in February of next year, the Baptist Health will no longer do blood draws. 00:01:46
And so we had to kind of look at that. They get that in our contract and we talked about doing 24/7 nurses. So we had and agreed. 00:01:51
In our budget for an extra 84 hours. 00:01:57
That'll give us coverage at night. 00:02:00
And so those two things are in this amendment, in this contract. 00:02:03
So it's basically both of them. 00:02:06
And that covers you through 2026 on the nursing edition. 00:02:08
That'll start next year. 00:02:11
OK in our new budget. 00:02:13
Cause and effect OK. 00:02:16
We sent the original contract over to Rick in the afternoon, but I don't think he had time to review it. So my request is. 00:02:19
Indicated that potential will table it, but my request is it to approve it based off Rick's approval. 00:02:24
Outside the meeting. 00:02:30
Yeah, I don't think any of us have a problem with. 00:02:32
What's being proposed? 00:02:35
And. 00:02:36
Sounds like time is more of the of the essence than what I had thought. So one of them is yes, right? 00:02:38
Yeah, I'm OK with with that. If the other two commissioners are, it would be subject to. 00:02:45
Review and approval rather than just review, but so we would still have the. 00:02:51
Ability to. 00:02:56
Not approve of it. 00:02:58
You know, so I would suggest it an e-mail form. 00:03:00
Looking over the main contract and send an e-mail to all of us. 00:03:03
What's your what kind of deadline are you because? 00:03:06
The one for the closeout of the year was to begin. 00:03:09
Immediately, right? Yeah. So that's the time frame on that one. The other one can wait. 00:03:12
Rather do them together, but that one's more immediate. 00:03:16
If you prefer to separate it out and do the other one next meeting, which we'll have to wait two weeks. 00:03:19
I don't like initially to do that. I'd like to get them both signed. 00:03:23
Because that's they were wanting, but at the same time because we're stains, we have to do it in place. The 24/7 nursing needs to 00:03:26
be in place. 00:03:29
As they start to hire for that and get prepared and trained for that for the first, I know you've been contemplating this 00:03:32
sometime. I think we discussed. 00:03:35
Three or four months ago and I think you had some more conversations. When, when does the agreement? 00:03:39
So. So Baptist has already pulled out of doing that. 00:03:44
I'm sorry, Baptist has already pulled out of doing those for that at the end they've given us till February. As far as blood 00:03:47
draws, that's just. 00:03:50
That's a little bit more that the prosecutor's office once blood drops to a search warrant. 00:03:53
And so that's so that's our. 00:03:58
Since we're not going to do it, we'd rather have something, so that's why we added that into our contract. 00:04:00
For our nursing staff. 00:04:05
As far as outside agencies, you'll see in there the charge more, but I don't suspect. 00:04:06
Most of them will come there to pay that. 00:04:10
OK. 00:04:12
Just an asking. 00:04:14
If you. 00:04:18
So. 00:04:20
If Georgetown or. 00:04:21
New Albany State Police. 00:04:23
Conservation officers, whoever. 00:04:26
They can't go to. 00:04:29
Baptist either. 00:04:30
Correct, That is correct. 00:04:31
So if. 00:04:33
They don't. 00:04:34
Pay this fee. 00:04:35
Or has there been a discussion with them or? 00:04:38
There's been a discussion with the prosecutor. This is, as you know, by law. 00:04:41
We don't have to. 00:04:46
Get blood draws or anything like that, we have a refusal law. 00:04:47
And you get refused with the prosecutor that's been going on before Chris Lang through Keith as you're. 00:04:50
That's what they were required to do, the search warrants to get the blood draw. 00:04:55
And do that so with Baptist Health, not. 00:04:59
Doing anymore, that presents a little bit of a problem. 00:05:01
And so I'm not sure what normally will do. 00:05:03
You know, I think Chris, this potential might have a conversation with you or the council in terms of who would pay for that. Are 00:05:06
we going to require each agency to pay for it? 00:05:10
Outside of us are we going to pay for? 00:05:13
Within our own contract. 00:05:15
So that's I think those discussions are still this is just putting in there if we want to do this and go this direction. 00:05:17
There's been different. 00:05:22
Ways brought up before them. 00:05:24
Train officers to do it. 00:05:26
We don't want to do that. 00:05:27
Have EMS do it. I don't think we want to do that either. So. 00:05:29
This was at least amount to do. 00:05:31
Invasive for everybody involved. 00:05:33
But at least have it prepared to do it if this is the direction we want to go. 00:05:35
If that makes sense. Is the money appropriated? 00:05:39
OK, umm. 00:05:43
I don't have a problem with the issue. I tried to do that. 00:05:47
As well. 00:05:49
I was going to use a paramedic on 3rd shift. 00:05:50
However. 00:05:53
What what I find was happening with a fee. 00:05:56
And I'm just throwing it out there. I don't know what's going to happen. 00:06:00
It's going to encourage officers not to draw that blood or not to make that arrest. 00:06:04
And because their agency doesn't want to pay the bill and. 00:06:10
That could be a public safety issue to me. 00:06:14
So and I don't doesn't have anything to do with you. I'm just saying that I don't I don't disagree with, I agree with you. 00:06:17
Yeah, I mean, I think there's more discussion needs to be had. 00:06:23
At the time we were under the gun, we met a couple of times at the hospital. They were not going to give us that far, but we asked 00:06:25
for it to give us more time. 00:06:28
You know, and the reason the back story is a lot of people came over from Clark County, stopped doing it in their hospital 00:06:31
originally and survey was coming to Floyd. 00:06:34
And it brought the attention to him and they start looking to the legal team and all that, you know, the attorneys. 00:06:38
How they are but. 00:06:42
He would strike that from the record. My bad. You're pretty OK to me, Rick. 00:06:45
You are right anyways. 00:06:49
That's part I think there's I agree with. I think there's more discussion still needs to be had, but this is what we want to get 00:06:51
in the contract to be prepared for. 00:06:54
If that's the worst case scenario, we want to do that. 00:06:57
All right. Well, I'll make a motion that we. 00:07:01
Accept this agreement based. 00:07:04
On review of. 00:07:07
Rick Fox's approval. 00:07:10
All right, I'll second. 00:07:13
All right. 00:07:15
Any other questions or discussion? I have one question, how how long do you anticipate that review taking? 00:07:17
We can get it done in a couple days. 00:07:26
By the week, we'll decide if you prefer. I would have. 00:07:28
Rick, once he's done reviewing it, send Nemo to us. 00:07:31
And then everybody can sign off on. Yeah, yeah, we'll have to have notification that it's. 00:07:34
Meets approval, I mean I. 00:07:38
Yeah, OK. I have a motion a second. All in favor, aye. 00:07:39
Thank you very much. All right, thank you. Next step is Chief Operations Officer Nick Creevy. And we do have an addition on his 00:07:45
agenda. We have items A/B and C, but. 00:07:50
I will look for a motion to add by unanimous consent, an item D, which is Floyd County Ordinance 2025-25 establishing the speed 00:07:55
limit. 00:07:59
On a portion of Grant Line Rd. and even though it's under a. 00:08:04
Nick's agenda will have a core ratio come up and speak to that too at that point. 00:08:07
If it's added to the agenda. 00:08:12
Second all in favor, aye aye. 00:08:14
It's creamy, all right. The first item I have is a. 00:08:18
AIA form contract for Kevco. 00:08:22
For the renovations at the. 00:08:26
Government Center downtown. 00:08:29
They worry a little bitter. We've had our pre construction conferences. They are ready to go once we. 00:08:32
Approve this contract. 00:08:38
It is for the little bit amount. 00:08:40
$455,345. 00:08:43
To the ready to start tomorrow. 00:08:48
My understanding is they're ready to get in there and start doing a little bit of the demo this week, yes. 00:08:50
Good. Is that going to disturb you? 00:08:55
And uh. 00:08:59
OK, good. 00:09:00
Make a motion to accept. 00:09:00
And I'll second. 00:09:02
All in favor. 00:09:03
Aye. 00:09:04
And Nick, I mentioned to Susanna, if you could e-mail that to Glenn Smith. 00:09:06
For his review to make sure that we have all the insurance coverages that are in that. 00:09:12
Document. 00:09:18
The next item I have is FCR 2025-22. 00:09:23
Knobs landing. 00:09:30
Expanded TIF area resolution. 00:09:31
This was a resolution. 00:09:35
For expanding the TIF area. 00:09:37
For the knobs landing development, which is the development? 00:09:40
At Old Vincennes and Schreiber Rd. 00:09:46
Two parcels of that developing are in the current Highlander Edwardsville. 00:09:49
If two parcels are not the parcels that the current house. 00:09:54
Garage or on? 00:09:59
So to bring those into the TIF, we. 00:10:01
Requested. 00:10:04
Expansion of that area. This would be a new. 00:10:06
TIF area. 00:10:09
It would start talking just these two parcels. 00:10:11
Apparently restart anything on the existing TIF. 00:10:14
And the proceeds of that. 00:10:17
It would be used for infrastructure improvements. 00:10:20
At Hwy. 150 the Light. 00:10:24
The break in the. 00:10:27
Intersection there. 00:10:29
As as well as potentially Shriver Rd. improve rates. 00:10:31
And also that station preference. 00:10:36
The Redevelopment Commission approved it resolution #2025-3, October 21st. 00:10:42
Approved it as conforming with. 00:10:52
The plans of County development on November 10th of 2025. 00:10:54
OK. Any other further questions? 00:11:01
Discussion comments. 00:11:04
I don't have any questions outside of what I've already asked you, so thank you for taking time to address my questions. The only 00:11:06
other comment that I'm going to make is, you know. 00:11:10
We've had a lot of changes in our state legislation on the way that we're. 00:11:15
Doing funding right now and. 00:11:19
You know I. 00:11:21
Very hesitant to. 00:11:22
To add on to any TIF right now, so tonight I'll be voting no. 00:11:23
We'll just add an additional note on the TIF. No, no bonding has occurred yet. 00:11:29
On this we will have to. 00:11:35
Pass the tip first, determine what project costs will be and then do that so the the impacts of SA-1. 00:11:38
Will hopefully be better understood. 00:11:45
At the time of bonding. 00:11:48
This is just establishing the district. 00:11:49
Mr. Loop, any comments? 00:11:54
So does this need to be done now, then or? 00:11:59
It has to be done before the bonding. 00:12:02
Yes, it will have to be done before the bonding can occur. 00:12:04
There will still be an additional public hearing for this that Redevelopment Commission is required to hold. 00:12:10
Before it is finally approved. 00:12:17
The reason why we got it started now is we wanted to get the base valuation of this year before any work commenced so that the. 00:12:23
At most that we could capture would be captured if it was. 00:12:34
I don't have any other. 00:12:40
Comments. OK. 00:12:41
I mean my only comment is I think this is a very focused. 00:12:44
Used for TIFF and that's a good example of what was originally designed to do with regards to very specific infrastructure. 00:12:48
Needs as compared to. 00:12:55
What's some neighboring? 00:12:58
Municipalities and counties have done with regards to. 00:13:01
To to their. 00:13:04
Wider interpretation of that so. 00:13:05
I'm in favor of this. 00:13:08
So I'll look for a motion. 00:13:10
To approve. 00:13:12
It's a. 00:13:15
Is it 2025 or 20/25/22? I have like 3 in my hand here. 00:13:18
Those are the previous ones from Redevelopment Commission. 00:13:23
OK, just read off of. 00:13:27
Right, OK. 00:13:30
I'll make a motion for. 00:13:32
Passage of Floyd County Resolution 2025. 00:13:34
22 non planned and expanded TIF area. 00:13:38
All right. You OK with a second or? 00:13:42
Would you rather not second? I'd rather not second. I'll second it so I have a motion and a second all in favor. 00:13:45
Aye, opposed. 00:13:51
Aye, OK. 00:13:52
Thank you. 00:13:54
The next item I have is a. 00:13:56
Plant approval for Cottonwood Commons is plat #1587. 00:13:59
We do have a development agreement and bonding in place. 00:14:06
So this is the final approval there. 00:14:11
16 lots in the subdivision. 00:14:14
Really. 00:14:17
All right. Any questions? 00:14:40
Pertaining to this matter from Nick. 00:14:43
No questions for me. 00:14:51
All right, other than signature, you need to know further, you need a motion to approve. 00:14:54
I make a motion to approve. 00:14:59
Cottonwood Commons, Plat, 1587. 00:15:02
And I'll second. 00:15:04
All in favor, aye aye. 00:15:05
And then? 00:15:09
The last item which Horatio will. 00:15:11
Be able to answer any additional questions on is a. 00:15:14
Ordinance or no, Excuse me, a resident. No, it is a ordinance. 00:15:18
To lower the speed limit on Grant Line Rd. 00:15:22
From Saint Joe's Road to Barack. 00:15:27
From Saint Joe's Road to Barack Obama Way slash Security Parkway. 00:15:30
It's currently 50 mph, bringing it down to 45 mph. There's a number of intersections along that. 00:15:34
Stretch that our. 00:15:43
Dangerous. 00:15:45
We did a safety improvement plan last year with Kipta that identified that. We had a thorough first study a number of years before 00:15:46
that also identified that. 00:15:51
The Monon S pedestrian trail rail to trail is going on in there. 00:15:57
So I think it makes good sense to bring that down. 00:16:02
Just 55 mph. 00:16:08
Horatio, do you have anything to? 00:16:12
To add to that, I spoke with. 00:16:14
Sheriff Bush about this earlier today and just to let him give him a heads up on it. And I don't think you had any comments you 00:16:16
wish to make either, but please feel free to. 00:16:20
Do so. 00:16:24
Good evening. 00:16:26
The reduction of. 00:16:28
The five mile from 50 to 45. 00:16:31
45 mile rout. 00:16:34
Is a request from HWC that they're working on what's called a? 00:16:36
Monon South. 00:16:41
Freedom Trail. 00:16:43
This is a trail that they're planning to start on. 00:16:45
Mount Everest Rd. close to Pillsbury. 00:16:49
Go all the way up to the county line by Saint Joe Rd. 00:16:52
However, there is a section there where the. 00:16:57
The railroad get really close. 00:17:00
To. 00:17:03
Mainly between Pain Rd. 00:17:06
And Chapel Lane. 00:17:08
That the space between. 00:17:11
The 2 is about 17 feet. 00:17:13
And then on a 50 mile per hour indoor required. 00:17:17
That the space between the. 00:17:21
Trail and the road should be. 00:17:23
202425 feet. 00:17:26
So there is nothing. There is no space for that, so they say. 00:17:29
Is they proceed that they need to install rail. 00:17:35
I don't think it would be any good. Carrera is not the best thing for that. 00:17:38
So they. 00:17:42
Thing that is. 00:17:43
By decreasing that to 45 mile per hour. 00:17:45
Then in dot only required about 15 feet. 00:17:48
No 10 to 15. 00:17:52
10 feet. 00:17:54
Minimum space between the two. 00:17:56
And that's why the age of equal that they're requesting the 25. 00:17:59
25 mile per hour. 00:18:02
And that's what the. 00:18:04
The speed reduction on Grand Island Rd. is. 00:18:07
Requested. 00:18:10
So how long will it take to change signage out there? 00:18:12
I don't think it'll take too much. There are like four or five signage already there that need to be just removed and replaced for 00:18:16
a new one. 00:18:19
OK. 00:18:23
Any other questions for ratio? Yeah. 00:18:26
Was there? There was some conversation years ago. 00:18:28
When the Monon Trail. 00:18:32
Issue came up that when the railroad tracks came out of there. 00:18:34
The county was going to straighten up. 00:18:38
The road there where all those crashes happen out there by Chapel Lane, Elthorne. 00:18:42
Out in there, yeah. 00:18:47
Do you know of any plans to straighten that out? 00:18:49
It was only out during this study that was made. 00:18:53
As far as my amendment, there hasn't been any progress on that. 00:18:56
It is needed. 00:18:59
It is knitted. 00:19:01
Oh yeah, it's needed real bad. 00:19:02
The trail itself, the the project. 00:19:05
They planning to. 00:19:07
Right before the. 00:19:09
Line line cut to the left. They plan to set up some kind of. 00:19:11
Pedestrian lights. 00:19:15
So when the people coming from. 00:19:16
The West part of the road. 00:19:18
I'm going to the left. 00:19:22
Then they're going to be lights and some other security. 00:19:24
Install for that, but it'd be better to have Chaplin. 00:19:27
Realign So who's funding the Monon Trail, do you know? 00:19:31
I don't know. 00:19:36
OK. 00:19:38
Do you? 00:19:39
Oh, I think there are multiple sources on that, but the city's kind of heading it up. 00:19:42
It's a city project. This portion is the city project. 00:19:51
OK. Thank you. 00:20:00
You're welcome. 00:20:02
Anything we can do to improve safety and help the city, I'm for it needs to be straightened out. 00:20:03
This was just added kind of this afternoon. So is there anyone? 00:20:09
Here that would from the public that would like to speak. 00:20:14
To this before we vote on it. 00:20:16
To this item specifically, yeah. 00:20:18
Thank you, Joseph Moore, George Township. 00:20:27
The only thing I was. 00:20:30
Hope is the public gets that bit of a grace period too. 00:20:31
And I I. 00:20:34
I trust Stephen is. 00:20:36
Is people not to use it as a? 00:20:37
Speed track just to. 00:20:39
The public should. If it's not, it should be publicized, not just the signs, because. 00:20:41
A lot of people at Eastside Rd. 00:20:45
Don't even look at the sign saying. 00:20:47
So I'm hoping the drivers get a little bit of a grace period to adjust, that's all. 00:20:49
Any further comment on that? 00:20:55
You're going to pull your patrols off from tomorrow morning. 00:20:58
The only thing I was. 00:21:04
Was thinking as you're all talking is. 00:21:06
I don't know off top my head and Frankie might know from experiences the speed limit. Just figure out change that one area. 00:21:08
What about after and before? Is it? 00:21:13
Going from 1 speed to another. 00:21:15
So you just want to be consistent. If you're able to do the whole thing and keep it at 45, that's fine, but. 00:21:17
I think you just need to take a look at that too as well, instead of just one section the whole. 00:21:21
Because it's a straight line draw all the way to chicken house I think. 00:21:26
I think that was addressed. People are flying. 00:21:29
That was like a magically like looking charm. Slow down when they get to that one little area so. 00:21:31
Just a thought you might. 00:21:36
And it actually it does. 00:21:38
Increase more towards the city is 35. This will be 45 and then once you get past the chicken house, 50 mph. 00:21:39
At the Clark County line. 00:21:47
Clark County, yeah. 00:21:48
So they know when they get to Floyd County, they need to step on a break. 00:21:50
Any further discussion? 00:21:56
It's not a look for a motion to approve by unanimous consent. Yeah, I'll make the motion to approve Floyd County Ordinance 2025-25 00:21:58
establishing a speed limit on. 00:22:02
Portion of Grantland Rd. with unanimous consent. 00:22:07
Second all in favor, aye. 00:22:10
All right, it's not a party unless the coroner's there, so. 00:22:13
Coroner Matthew Tomlin. 00:22:18
This is just bringing up my contract. I did. 00:22:21
At the start of this year for Carmen Kerberg. 00:22:24
It's just kind of renewing it with the 3% raise that was appropriated by the council. 00:22:27
That's really the only shift in this contract that we have. 00:22:32
Whole year so far. 00:22:36
OK. Any questions for Mr. Tomlin? 00:22:40
I'll look for a motion to approve, so moved. 00:22:44
Second all in favor, aye. 00:22:47
Thanks for being here, I. 00:22:50
Apologize. If I had I wouldn't bumped you up earlier. 00:22:51
But hopefully we didn't keep it too long tonight. 00:22:55
All right, we'll look for approval of the Commissioners meeting minutes from November 4th. 00:22:59
Motion approved. 00:23:03
2nd. 00:23:04
All in favor, aye? 00:23:05
And approval of payroll and claims. 00:23:07
Make a motion to approve. 00:23:11
Second, the motion is second. 00:23:12
Any questions? 00:23:14
All in favor, aye aye. 00:23:17
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:00 PM. We had a. 00:23:20
Solid waste meeting earlier today. 00:23:25
Any comment from any government officials? 00:23:28
You might be the only one. 00:23:31
Here incorrectly. 00:23:33
Any comment from the public? 00:23:36
I have a question. 00:23:39
So your joint meeting, ma'am, Ma'am, if you. 00:23:41
Yeah. 00:23:45
So your, your your joint meeting for the 21st at 10 AM has been cancelled this Friday. 00:23:57
Yes, yes, ma'am. All right. 00:24:03
Thank you. Thank you for coming forward. 00:24:04
Yes. 00:24:07
Again, Joseph Moore, George San Township First, I want to. 00:24:15
Thanks, Jason. 00:24:18
Recently for reaching out, you know I hadn't been around for a while, so. 00:24:20
Reaching out to see if I was doing OK. I appreciate that. 00:24:23
You thought you're going to have an easy dress the year I'm here. The second thing is if remember Dale suggestion. 00:24:26
About a wheelchair something pretty mobile challenge. 00:24:34
I put out on next to where. 00:24:38
And the Terry and Forest Bailey over by. 00:24:40
Randolph and donated that and picked it. 00:24:44
I had it cleaned up. 00:24:47
And unless you guys have a problem. 00:24:48
I was going to leave it down. 00:24:51
In that ****** by the 1st floor elevator. 00:24:52
Said if any, but in fact they all we opened me up in here. 00:24:55
In that tonight. 00:24:58
So if anybody besides me or me has a problem. 00:24:59
Mobility they at least have. 00:25:02
A way to get to the meetings. You're down the hall. 00:25:04
If that's OK with you gentlemen, I'm glad. 00:25:07
I was even going to have Pineview stenciled on it. 00:25:09
But in light of the. 00:25:11
And then I'm in here. 00:25:13
I'm going to just leave it unmarked as it. 00:25:15
OK. And it's it's apparently heavy. 00:25:18
I would not recommend collapsing and it takes. 00:25:20
22 tins of mules to pull apart, so just leave it open where it stands there. 00:25:23
I thank you. Great idea. Thank you. 00:25:27
Any other public comment? 00:25:31
Yes, Sir. 00:25:34
Dale Mann, Georgetown. Jason, I want to thank you. 00:25:41
We stand up against tiffs. 00:25:44
Tips are running our county. 00:25:46
It needs to be stopped. 00:25:49
They use their hand them out like candy with this county is doing it too like the city did. 00:25:50
I know you talked about it, but Tiff's hurts the taxpayers of this county. 00:25:55
And I wrote about it you all know about. 00:25:59
You know in. 00:26:02
Thank you. 00:26:05
And another thing the the Cottonwood subdivision Commons plat. 00:26:06
Is that a conservation subdivision? 00:26:10
I don't know nobody's. 00:26:15
What's on? 00:26:17
It is. 00:26:20
I said I wish whenever time them plants come up in these meetings. 00:26:21
That they you would tell us or whoever was that it's a conservation submission. 00:26:25
Lot size 6000. 00:26:29
Square feet. 00:26:31
That's what. 00:26:32
They're smaller and the public would like to know. I would like to know every time because I can't look up everything. 00:26:34
If it's another contract government seem like that's all we're building this county now anyway. 00:26:40
Thank you. 00:26:44
Thank you. 00:26:45
Any other public comment? 00:26:48
Not I'll look for a motion well I need for closing comments from. 00:26:50
No, no, I have none either. 00:26:56
How many Thanksgiving guys thank you Thanksgiving? 00:26:58
All right, gobble till you all adjourn. 00:27:01
Yep, so move. 00:27:03
Second. All right. Thank you. 00:27:05

How many Thanksgiving guys thank you Thanksgiving? 00:26:58
All right, gobble till you all adjourn. 00:27:01
Yep, so move. 00:27:03
Second. All right. Thank you. 00:27:05
