Item number 4, which is the IT Director, Mr. Biermann, who will not be here tonight. 00:01:18
If I get a motion to approve. 00:01:24

All in favor signify by saying aye. 00:01:28
Passes. 00:01:31
All right, we'll start with Mr. Watson. 00:01:33
Or are you here? Yeah. 00:01:35
Thanks Sir. 00:01:38
You want to call for any other bids? Yeah. 00:01:44
This is going to be the bid openings for the 2026 through 2030. 00:01:48
Cyclical reassessment? Are there any other bids? 00:01:52
In the audience, they need to be delivered. 00:01:55
I'm seeing that. Go ahead. 00:01:59
OK, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. This is my first time. You could just hang tight and we'll just open the bids and I'll 00:02:01
just stand up here and look important. There you go. You are important. There you go. 00:02:06
The first one was the Nexus group. 00:02:28
I have to find a page. 00:02:34
Oh, here it is. 00:02:58
$750,000. 00:03:01
Yes. 00:03:03
OK, gotcha. 00:03:04
I think everyone needs to know that the bids are for a four year period. 00:03:27
It's not per year. 00:03:30
Just. 00:03:33
That what they always are some four year period, yeah. 00:03:38
Yeah, yeah. We assessing force. 00:03:41
Yeah. 00:03:46
Come on. 00:03:59
This ones from Tyler Technology. 00:04:07
OK. 00:04:09
You can. 00:05:11
I'm having a. 00:05:12
Try to find that. 00:05:13
Bottom dollar page. 00:05:16
Of course, he turned out to. 00:05:21
$690,360.00. 00:05:25
Hey Tyler Technologies 690,360 dollars. 00:05:31
It's from the Nexus. 00:06:05
Ltd. 00:06:08
985,000. 00:06:23
Next Ltd is 985,000. 00:06:27
Yes, all right. 00:06:30
All right. So I'll be looking for a motion to take these bids under advisement. 00:06:32
Make a motion. 00:06:36
Take these three bids under advisement. 00:06:37
And I'll second. 00:06:40
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:06:41
Aye, passes. 00:06:44
Thank you, Mr. 00:06:48
Did a great job Terry. 00:06:50
That was easy. There you go. Just all of them, all three here, all three are there. OK. 00:06:52
We'll take a look at. 00:07:00
Thank you. 00:07:02
Thank you. 00:07:03
Thank you. 00:07:04
Next up we have Floyd County Superior Court #1 Judge Stiller, I think he took my packet. 00:07:05
All right, so I'm here tonight on as chair of Floyd County Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council, Floyd County Jac. 00:07:15
And there was a recommendation at the full board meeting July 14th. 00:07:22
As you know per the e-mail packet that I sent to the commissioners. 00:07:26
For the funding for fiscal year 2026, which runs I believe October. 00:07:30
25 October 26th For System of Care. This is the continued funding. 00:07:36
And the details are out were outlined in the e-mail here today I brought with me and Carruthers, who's the director. 00:07:41
Of a system of Clark Floyd system of care for any questions you may have for me or her. 00:07:47
I don't have any questions at this time. 00:07:54
This is. 00:07:57
To clarify from the restricted opioid funds and it is in supplement. 00:07:58
To the programming within the criminal justice system that we. 00:08:02
Are currently already funding through the opioid restricted funds. Absolutely. 00:08:07
And what you're looking for today is? 00:08:12
Our approval, your approval, because it is the Commissioner's directive as to the expenditures from the restricted opioid funds. 00:08:14
Make a motion to approve. 00:08:21
Well, second. 00:08:23
I'm not questioning these two women. 00:08:25
So we got a motion to second. All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:08:29
Motion passes. 00:08:33
Thank you for your time and your. 00:08:34
Trusting the J rack to do this work. 00:08:37
Thank you so much, you all do great work. 00:08:40
Thank you. 00:08:42
OK, Next up is paranormal investigator Vincent. 00:08:45
I'm gonna mess this nice thing. 00:08:49
All right. 00:08:51
Come on up. 00:08:52
How can we help you today, Sir So. 00:08:57
My name is Vince. I'm a paranormal investigator. 00:08:59
I've worked at Waverly Hill Sanatorium on and off since 2010. 00:09:02
I care deeply about preservation and restoration. 00:09:07
Your site. 00:09:11
From what I understand, what I've researched, you are the commissioners are the owner of the Floyd County Asylum. 00:09:12
And where? Also there's a recycling center on the back. 00:09:19
There's a whole lot of different things that. 00:09:24
Could bring into. 00:09:28
The community. 00:09:30
By preserving and restoring. 00:09:32
Now I understand there's been a lot of. 00:09:34
Things said like that it was an eyesore or that, you know, people wanted it gone or whatever the case. 00:09:37
But with preservation and restoration, it brings a new eye. 00:09:43
And a new. 00:09:47
Focus to the community into the surrounding areas. 00:09:49
So I was going to read off a couple different things to kind of give you. 00:09:53
My thoughts on it, my opinions on it and would possibly look if willing by the board to. 00:09:57
Sell for preservation and restoration. 00:10:04
As it. 00:10:06
Everything's in my phone, so I apologize. It's going to be just a second. 00:10:11
The Floyd County Asylum, also known as the Poor Farm, dates back to 1838 when the county acquired 135 acres to provide shelter for 00:10:16
the poor, elderly, mentally ill. 00:10:22
And others in need. 00:10:27
Over the decades, it has served as a poor farm and Infirmary, juvenile detention center and a mental health facility. 00:10:29
This isn't just a building. It's a physical. It's a physical story of how Floyd County cared for its most vulnerable citizens for 00:10:36
nearly two centuries. Preserving the site means honoring those stories from. 00:10:42
Unwed mothers to Civil War veterans to individuals who lived out their final days. 00:10:47
It also provides a rare opportunity to give public access. 00:10:53
To a piece of history that's still intact, still standing, and still meaningful. 00:10:57
Paranormal tourism offers a financial sustainability. 00:11:03
To preserve historic sites while engaging a wide audience. 00:11:08
We've seen this model succeed at. 00:11:13
Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, which was. 00:11:15
Once Weston State Hospital. 00:11:18
The historic site turned cultural landmark with regular tours and overnight stays. 00:11:21
It flourishes today. 00:11:27
And has every single person in this room knows Waverly Hill Citatorium? 00:11:29
Is probably one of the most successful and, from what you've heard, one of the most haunted places in the US. 00:11:33
A national destination for ghost hunters. 00:11:41
And history buffs alike. 00:11:44
Having Waverly in the same vicinity will likely encourage teams. 00:11:45
To make 4 weekends. 00:11:49
To see both locations. 00:11:53
Indiana State Sanatorium is now a. 00:11:55
Mixed-use paranormal and historic venue that draws. 00:11:58
Consistent traffic. 00:12:02
Like those sites? 00:12:04
Floyd County Asylum has documented activity. 00:12:06
National attention from investigators. 00:12:09
And a layered history that makes these locations compel. 00:12:12
A multi use plan for the space. 00:12:16
Our team proposes A respectful multi-purpose use of the building that includes daytime historical tours. 00:12:19
Covering the poor, farms history, mental health. 00:12:26
An evolution of public welfare. 00:12:29
Paranormal investigations for both the public and private groups. 00:12:31
These are low impact, high return events that often fund a major preservation efforts. 00:12:36
Conventions and community events. 00:12:44
Now I have something written underneath here what I mean by community events. 00:12:47
Is fun things during Halloween like having a haunted hayride? 00:12:51
Or giving or having. 00:12:56
Possibly Indiana's biggest. 00:12:59
Easter icon during Easter. 00:13:02
Or being able to go visit Santa Claus. 00:13:03
Right here in Floyd Knobs. 00:13:06
Educational partnerships with schools. 00:13:12
I use SE and heritage organizations. 00:13:15
The recycling center that sits on the property, as is at the moment. 00:13:19
Will not interfere with the location. 00:13:23
So what I mean by that? 00:13:26
If you choose to move forward with such. 00:13:28
Offer that. 00:13:32
Whatever contract can be drawn up without payment. 00:13:34
They're able to stay. 00:13:38
Citizens of Lloyd Knobs does not have to find somewhere else to go to recycle. 00:13:39
Plan restoration and infrastructure improvements. 00:13:46
To ensure long term and safety, we plan to restore structural integrity, address key safety issues and begin phased. 00:13:50
Modernization. 00:13:57
This includes running electricity, air conditioning to parts of the building, or all. 00:13:59
Enabling us to have year round access and additional comfort, especially for. 00:14:05
Public facing towards and events. 00:14:10
While paranormal investigators aren't. 00:14:12
Deteriorated by lack of power or climate control? 00:14:14
Having these upgrades makes the space more versatile and appealing for a broader public use. 00:14:17
All upgrades with will be done with preservation in mind. 00:14:24
We are not modernizing the site beyond recognition. 00:14:28
But preserving what makes? 00:14:31
In historic while making it accessible. 00:14:33
The community and economic benefits. Unlike many historic asylums of Floyd County site is ideally located. 00:14:37
Walmart is right next door. 00:14:45
Restaurants, hotels, main roadways. 00:14:47
Where other locations in the US I've been to a little. 00:14:50
Under 400 in the last four years. 00:14:54
90% of those places are in the middle of nowhere. 00:14:57
No cell service. 00:15:01
Nothing for the people to go find, nothing for the people to check out the local community. 00:15:03
Where you guys have comic book stores you guys have? 00:15:08
Different sites you have the. 00:15:11
Ohio River, right here. You have the auditorium down on the riverfront, things like that. 00:15:13
The Community and economic benefit. 00:15:22
Most ghost hunting sites are isolated. 00:15:24
With nearby amenities. 00:15:27
This location offers built-in infrastructure for tourism, which will attract. 00:15:29
Increased. 00:15:34
Increased visitation by benefit local businesses, gas stations, restaurants, lodging. 00:15:35
And provide more job opportunities for tour guides and maintenance, event staff and more. 00:15:40
It also gives Floyd County a destination attraction that supports both heritage and commerce. 00:15:46
With your support, we can preserve a site of major historical importance, open it to the public, and give it a new. 00:15:52
Life as a cultural and educational asset. 00:15:59
This isn't a haunted house attraction. 00:16:02
It's a meaningful space with deep roots in Floyd County history. 00:16:05
Ready to serve a new generation? 00:16:08
We have a team ready to handle restoration programming. 00:16:11
And in the most respectful stewardship. 00:16:15
Required to make it a success. 00:16:18
For the county, for the community, and for the legacy of the building itself. 00:16:20
Any questions? I have no questions, no. 00:16:27
Thank you for your time. 00:16:30
All right, Sheriff Bush. 00:16:36
Sheriff Steve Bush on the agenda is 2 agreements, contracts. First ones accurate. 00:16:42
We'll just do that one first. That's basically a program. You've already proved the monies to our unrestricted funds partnering 00:16:47
with New Albany Police Department in terms of an investigative tool that we can use. So that's the agreement that Mister Fox 00:16:52
looked over, I believe and should have any questions for what we fixed on. 00:16:57
No, I'm familiar with it. That's fine. 00:17:03
Yeah, I'll look for a. 00:17:06
Motion to make a motion to approve the accurate contract. 00:17:09
OK, now second favor signify by saying aye aye aye. 00:17:12
Next next one is a conveyance of equipment and fingerprint. 00:17:17
Just conveying that equipment. 00:17:21
I think the photo. 00:17:25
Also. 00:17:26
And the FBI approved hardware. 00:17:27
Yeah, I believe so. The language in that as well, yeah. 00:17:31
Yeah, I'll make a motion to approve conveyance of the equipment. 00:17:34
I'll second. 00:17:38
All in favor signify by saying aye. 00:17:39
Passes. Thank you very much. Thank you. 00:17:42
Next. Next. 00:17:44
Good evening. The first item I have is Ecosystems connections. 00:17:50
Change order in the amount of $10,000. This was for the dam removal project at Bridge 51. The additional funds are for material 00:17:55
that was needed to shore up the. 00:18:01
The short line. 00:18:09
More more material washed down Creek. 00:18:12
First was. 00:18:15
Understood and additional. 00:18:17
Material was needed. 00:18:19
The original contract was for $50,000, so it is within. 00:18:20
Change order parameters, right? Well I just I want to say that. 00:18:25
I don't think we should have got this done. 00:18:29
Without them doing this at the level they were doing. So I'll look for a motion. Yeah, I'll make a motion to approve and I'll 00:18:31
second. 00:18:35
All in favor signify by saying aye. 00:18:39
It passes. 00:18:42
The next item is quotes for a lift at the road department. 00:18:44
New Superintendent Sydney Maine obtained 3 quotes for the new lift. 00:18:50
The lowest was from Midwest Automotive Equipment in the amount of 38,900. 00:18:57
We also received one from Challenger Lifts for 43,048. 00:19:04
Dollars and 3rd from bumper to bumper for 39,414. 00:19:10
So we're requesting. 00:19:17
Approval of the low quote there to move forward with that. 00:19:19
So moved. 00:19:24
All right, I'll second. 00:19:25
All in favor signify by saying aye. 00:19:27
Aye. 00:19:29
Next up, we have the development agreement for the subdivision known as Cottonwood Commons. 00:19:31
We met with the developer of that subdivision last week. He's. 00:19:38
Preparing to. 00:19:44
Obtain secondary approval and move forward with recording the quote. He's already done some work out there. Usually we'd like to 00:19:47
have these ahead of that. 00:19:51
We were a little behind on this one. 00:19:56
But you need to have this in place prior to. 00:19:58
Signing that final plan and making sure we have bonding on any infrastructure items. 00:20:01
This is our standard agreement we have. 00:20:08
I'll look for a motion to approve the. 00:20:12
This umm. 00:20:15
Was this one on? 00:20:18
Cordon Ridge, Yes, off Courtney. 00:20:20
I'm familiar with them. 00:20:22
Make a motion to approve, all right. 00:20:24
All in favor signify by saying aye. 00:20:27
Aye. 00:20:29
The next item I have is the North Annex asbestos mitigation quotes. 00:20:31
We requested quotes from four companies. 00:20:38
We received quotes from two the first asbest tech. 00:20:42
For 39,500. 00:20:46
And then we receive a quote from Bloom Environmental for. 00:20:49
For 78,850. 00:20:53
A Specialty contractors did not provide a response. 00:20:56
Nor did Midwest Environmental Services, and this will be removing the. 00:20:59
Ducts pipe work in the basement that has asbestos. 00:21:05
No matter what. 00:21:10
Happens with that building. We are going to have to deal with this issue so absolutely. 00:21:11
Umm, maybe we had the previous speaker ask if he's got $39,000. 00:21:16
I make a motion to approve. 00:21:26
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:21:29
And then finally, I wanted to provide an update to the Charlestown Rd. Trail project. 00:21:33
We've been getting a lot of questions about that. There has not been work going on over the past few weeks. 00:21:39
About 5 weeks ago. 00:21:46
Contractors. 00:21:49
Discovered a conflict with the gas line. 00:21:51
That was. 00:21:54
Not where it was in the plans, which is not. 00:21:55
All unheard of. You know these are underground facilities sometimes. 00:21:59
They're off a foot or two and that makes a big difference when you're working in a narrow area. 00:22:04
So they stopped work for that reason. There is. We also had some. 00:22:09
After that discovered conflicts with the Lumos. 00:22:14
Utilities. 00:22:18
They're pulling out. 00:22:20
Their staff, they were great to work with in terms of resolving that conflict. I do want to. 00:22:22
Give them their accolades for that. 00:22:28
They get a lot of negative. 00:22:30
The contractor milestone does plan to resume work next week. 00:22:33
The schedule for completion, they plan on having permanent striping go down the week of November 24th, so that should be around 00:22:40
the wind. Project completion will occur. 00:22:46
They want to have it done before. That's what plants close in December. 00:22:53
Is there any way we can get some of that information? Maybe out on? 00:22:59
Social media. 00:23:02
Do it here first. Yeah, we will disseminate that on some of our public media. 00:23:05
And if we have further updates with that project, I know the. 00:23:12
Traffic barrels are. 00:23:15
A problem for everyone. Nobody likes to deal with them. 00:23:18
Because we're vetted and approved by. 00:23:22
The consultants, our engineers and in dot. 00:23:25
Nevertheless, we want to get those out as soon as we can. 00:23:28
Can you give us a couple seconds and let us know what? 00:23:32
Where we stand on old Vincennes. 00:23:36
Both the hill and in front of Highlander Point. 00:23:39
Yes, in front of Highlander Point. 00:23:43
That should also be wrapping up next week. 00:23:46
I spoke with the contractors last week, they said. 00:23:50
They were about two weeks behind our their initial schedule, which was to be done at the end of July. 00:23:54
So we anticipate that they'll be done. 00:24:00
In the end of next week. 00:24:01
You know. 00:24:03
Unforeseen thing coming up in the last week. 00:24:06
The slide is on schedule. 00:24:09
The initial timeline was to be done in October, by the end of October and that still remains. We do have a community crossings to 00:24:12
repave that road right after they finish. 00:24:18
So there'll still be a little bit of work after that, but that's the schedules work. 00:24:25
OK. Thank you. 00:24:30
Deal. Thank you. 00:24:31
Diana Topping couldn't be here. 00:24:35
Oh, OK, as am I presenting for her? No, I told her we'd do. 00:24:37
Take a look at Take care of it. 00:24:40
Both of these agreements that she. 00:24:44
Was presenting our renewals. 00:24:46
So. 00:24:50
I'll make a motion to accept the renewal and write stuff. 00:24:52
OK, I'll second that. 00:24:56
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:24:57
That passes. 00:25:00
And the Peterson Consulting Services and that is a renewal as well. 00:25:01
So I'll make a motion to accept the. 00:25:05
Peterson Consulting services contract, I'll second that as well. 00:25:08
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:25:12
Aye, passes. 00:25:14
Mr. Fox. 00:25:17
Alrighty, we have three items #1 FCL. 00:25:18
2025 Dash 21 Establishment. 00:25:22
Of the retail food. 00:25:25
Are establishing the retail food establishment ordinance. You've already approved that. The purpose it's on here is. 00:25:27
To change the. 00:25:35
FCL 2 Thousand, 2521. 00:25:40
Designation so that. 00:25:43
It works with regards to the ordinance itself. 00:25:46
Right. 00:25:49
To make a motion to ratify Floyd County Ordinance 20/25/21. 00:25:50
The establishing retail food establishment. 00:25:55
That unanimous consent. 00:25:58
By unanimous consent. 00:26:00
And I'll second that. 00:26:02
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:26:03
Unanimous. 00:26:06
2nd is. 00:26:09
Floyd County Resolution. 00:26:11
2025. 00:26:14
Dash 18. The 2026. 00:26:16
Observed holidays. 00:26:20
And so those observed holidays are on. 00:26:22
That resolution. 00:26:27
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Primary Election Day. 00:26:29
Memorial Day. 00:26:34
Independence Day. Labor Day. Columbus Day. Election Day. 00:26:35
Veteran's day. Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving Day. 00:26:39
Get the extra day Thursday and Friday. 00:26:43
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 00:26:46
Those are your. 00:26:47
2026 Holidays. 00:26:48
So for those wondering why we're looking at holidays next year, the courts have asked us to. 00:26:50
Ratify those. 00:26:56
So that they can get their court schedules. 00:26:57
On the docket. 00:27:00
Earlier. 00:27:02
That helps with scheduling. 00:27:03
So. 00:27:05
The only thing I see another. 00:27:06
It's New Year's Eve. 00:27:09
There is never New Year's Eve. 00:27:13
Huh. There's never a New Year's Eve. 00:27:15
There's 1412345678. 00:27:18
There's 14 on their standard. 00:27:23
I won't be here that evening. 00:27:28
So I'll make a motion to approve. 00:27:32
The Floyd County Resolution 2020, 5/18/20. 00:27:35
For the 26th. 00:27:39
Observed holidays. 00:27:40
All in favor signify by saying aye aye. 00:27:43
That passes. Lastly, I like New Year's Eve. I'm sorry. Yeah. Sorry. Yeah. 00:27:46
Next we have Floyd County Resolution 2025, Dash 19. 00:27:53
For the 2026 Commissioners meeting dates. 00:27:58
And again, all the meetings are scheduled for. 00:28:02
The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:00. 00:28:06
However. 00:28:09
For primary Election Day, which is the first? 00:28:11
Tuesday of May. 00:28:15
And the first Tuesday of November 2nd. 00:28:16
Those Tuesdays are moved to Monday. 00:28:24
Because of Primary day and Election Day, but other than that they're all on Tuesday at 6:00. 00:28:27
OK, I'll make a motion to accept. 00:28:33
Floyd County Resolution 20/25/19 which establishes the 2026 Commissioner meeting dates. And I'll second that All in favor signify 00:28:36
by saying aye aye. 00:28:41
Passes. 00:28:47

How can I help you today, Mr. Ashcraft? 00:28:56
Good evening. 00:28:59
We are applying for solicitation permit. 00:29:01

It's everything in order, Suzanne. 00:29:14
Yeah, I got the. 00:29:16
Background checks clear. 00:29:17

Any questions? 00:29:25
I have no questions. 00:29:25
I'll look for a motion to approve. 00:29:27
Make a motion to approve the solicitor permit. 00:29:29

Do we have anybody signed up for? 00:30:15
Public speaking. 00:30:17
Any elected officials? 00:30:19
Like to say anything? 00:30:21
Thank you for being here, Mr. Bagshaw. 00:30:27
Their Bagshaw County Council. I just want to say it again. 00:30:28
I want commanding everybody involved for getting black milk. 00:30:31
Bridge Bridge 51 open in a timely fashion. 00:30:35
I know all of us have been through it. 00:30:38
But I guess the public just don't understand the permit processes and the land acquisition processes, but. 00:30:40
Once everything was in order. 00:30:47
It didn't take long to fix that bridge. In fact, I've driven on twice. It's nice. 00:30:49
And then I'll. 00:30:54
I was going to mention what Mr. Green we just. 00:30:55
Addressed, but I don't need to because he addressed it. 00:30:57
Because obviously getting questions about. 00:31:00
No way after working. 00:31:03
Now, thank you, Nate. 00:31:05
Anyone else? 00:31:08
Any further public comment? 00:31:09
I was, I was wondering when you were going to stand up. 00:31:18
Dale Man, Georgetown. 00:31:21
No, I was that paranormal thing on the old folks home I was. 00:31:23
Started interested, there was no money talked. 00:31:26
Did they offer y'all money or? 00:31:29
You heard what we heard. OK, but I figured it. 00:31:32
There's something there. I mean, you give a pretty good presentation. 00:31:34
I'm pretty sure he wanted us to give him the building. 00:31:38
Oh well, we wouldn't want to give to him. 00:31:40
But anyway, I would like to hurt the money they were talking about. They pretend to me. I thought maybe they presented to you 00:31:43
guys. 00:31:46
No. 00:31:49
Anyone else? 00:31:55
A motion to adjourn. 00:31:59
Have a good meeting. 00:32:01

Unanimous. 00:26:06
2nd is. 00:26:09

And so those observed holidays are on. 00:26:22
That resolution. 00:26:27
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Primary Election Day. 00:26:29
Memorial Day. 00:26:34
Independence Day. Labor Day. Columbus Day. Election Day. 00:26:35
Veteran's day. Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving Day. 00:26:39
Get the extra day Thursday and Friday. 00:26:43
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 00:26:46
Those are your. 00:26:47
2026 Holidays. 00:26:48
So for those wondering why we're looking at holidays next year, the courts have asked us to. 00:26:50
Ratify those. 00:26:56
So that they can get their court schedules. 00:26:57
On the docket. 00:27:00
Earlier. 00:27:02
That helps with scheduling. 00:27:03
So. 00:27:05
The only thing I see another. 00:27:06
It's New Year's Eve. 00:27:09
There is never New Year's Eve. 00:27:13
Huh. There's never a New Year's Eve. 00:27:15
There's 1412345678. 00:27:18
There's 14 on their standard. 00:27:23
I won't be here that evening. 00:27:28
So I'll make a motion to approve. 00:27:32
The Floyd County Resolution 2020, 5/18/20. 00:27:35
For the 26th. 00:27:39

The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:00. 00:28:06
However. 00:28:09
For primary Election Day, which is the first? 00:28:11
Tuesday of May. 00:28:15
And the first Tuesday of November 2nd. 00:28:16
Those Tuesdays are moved to Monday. 00:28:24
Because of Primary day and Election Day, but other than that they're all on Tuesday at 6:00. 00:28:27
