| On my official. | 00:00:12 | |
| Clock if you'll please. | 00:00:14 | |
| Stand and join us for the Pledge of Allegiance. | 00:00:17 | |
| I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. | 00:00:21 | |
| Into the Republic for which? | 00:00:25 | |
| Nation under God. | 00:00:28 | |
| Indivisible with liberty and justice for all. | 00:00:30 | |
| All right, thank you for joining us for the June 3rd, 2025 meeting the Floyd County Commissioners. If you have a. | 00:00:33 | |
| Cell phone, will you please silence it at this moment in time? | 00:00:40 | |
| If you need to use that, the hallway works well for that. | 00:00:45 | |
| If you'll join me for a moment of individual prayer, meditation, or reflections. | 00:00:50 | |
| There for tonight's meeting. | 00:00:54 | |
| All right. Thank you. I have no one who has signed up to speak on agenda items. | 00:01:15 | |
| So we'll take these two. | 00:01:21 | |
| Discussions at the end of. | 00:01:23 | |
| Tonight's scheduled meeting. | 00:01:26 | |
| New business tonight building the development services director, Nick Creevy. Nick is actually on vacation. | 00:01:30 | |
| Rick's taking that OK. | 00:01:36 | |
| You have the Stine Glass agreement first. | 00:01:40 | |
| This really damage. | 00:01:53 | |
| I mean, it is what it is. | 00:01:55 | |
| All right, so. | 00:01:59 | |
| I think publicly we need to address why, why these units are being replaced. | 00:02:02 | |
| Or at least on the record as such. | 00:02:06 | |
| Those are all from that incident of vandalism. | 00:02:09 | |
| That's correct. | 00:02:12 | |
| OK, don't know if you want to expand upon that to the any degree or not, but. | 00:02:14 | |
| It doesn't really have that on portal. | 00:02:18 | |
| Public record, but. | 00:02:21 | |
| Well, basically for those that are in the audience listening, the building was vandalized by juvenile that was being housed here | 00:02:23 | |
| in the youth shelter. | 00:02:27 | |
| And so we have got. | 00:02:32 | |
| About there's another one there for $769, about $8000 from Stine Glass to fix the damage. | 00:02:35 | |
| So far. | 00:02:43 | |
| And we're still working on another damage estimates for the rest of building, so this is a bid from Stung Glass. | 00:02:45 | |
| For $7300 and some change. | 00:02:53 | |
| To repair the. | 00:02:57 | |
| Windows. | 00:03:00 | |
| So these are windows on the building, and there's also a. | 00:03:01 | |
| Collection of automobile damage, correct? | 00:03:05 | |
| Quote B is for the door, which is the $769 OK, there's $769 for the door. | 00:03:08 | |
| And we're still awaiting the hug. Will be over pair estimates, correct? | 00:03:15 | |
| OK, so. | 00:03:18 | |
| There are no other discussion. I'll entertain a motion to accept the bids from Stein Glass. Make a motion to accept. | 00:03:20 | |
| I'll second. | 00:03:26 | |
| All in favor, aye aye. | 00:03:27 | |
| All right. Approval of final Bridge 51 plans. | 00:03:30 | |
| And I haven't reviewed those plans. | 00:03:34 | |
| But we have all reviewed them. | 00:03:38 | |
| So. So if we just have. | 00:03:40 | |
| Kind of handling that from a parliamentarian standpoint. | 00:03:42 | |
| I'll say that we have the final. | 00:03:45 | |
| Engineering schematics on bridge 51, which is due to let. | 00:03:49 | |
| In October of 2020. | 00:03:54 | |
| Five and. | 00:03:58 | |
| We're looking for approval to go ahead and sign those so that we can get those back to the engineers and continue on schedule for | 00:04:00 | |
| that project. That's the Blackstone Mill Bridge. | 00:04:04 | |
| Make a motion to do. | 00:04:09 | |
| Do we need a motion then? Right? Yes, make a motion to approve those final bridge plans. | 00:04:11 | |
| From a bridge 51 and I'll second. | 00:04:16 | |
| All in favor, aye? | 00:04:18 | |
| All right, County Attorney Fox. | 00:04:21 | |
| Law Offices again. | 00:04:24 | |
| Yes. | 00:04:26 | |
| And uh. | 00:04:27 | |
| The you have an ordinance in front of you which. | 00:04:30 | |
| Is develop. | 00:04:34 | |
| Opening a line item for our band funding. | 00:04:36 | |
| And so it. | 00:04:40 | |
| Will be used. | 00:04:42 | |
| For the new health. | 00:04:44 | |
| Apartment building. | 00:04:46 | |
| And that. | 00:04:48 | |
| Were set to potentially close on. | 00:04:49 | |
| There's been on Thursday. | 00:04:53 | |
| And that's where the money will go. | 00:04:55 | |
| All right, look for a motion to approve. I'll make a motion to approve with unanimous consent, Floyd County Ordinance 2025-15, the | 00:04:59 | |
| establishing Non Reverting Fund for the Health Department Building Fund. | 00:05:04 | |
| Now second. | 00:05:09 | |
| All in favor, aye? | 00:05:10 | |
| Aye, all right. Any board committee reports we can have a quick turn around. | 00:05:14 | |
| Last meeting than this, I met with the health department and we went over the drawings. | 00:05:18 | |
| For the. | 00:05:26 | |
| Renovations of the new building. | 00:05:29 | |
| That looks like exciting project that. | 00:05:33 | |
| They were definitely excited to get out of what they're doing. | 00:05:36 | |
| Um, and. | 00:05:40 | |
| I had another meeting. | 00:05:47 | |
| Guess that was it. | 00:05:51 | |
| All right, Jason, nothing. | 00:05:55 | |
| All right, I attended a couple of ceremonies and. | 00:05:57 | |
| I don't need to dynamize those tonight. | 00:06:01 | |
| And spend some time up in New York. | 00:06:03 | |
| Did not conduct any business for Floyd County while in New York. | 00:06:06 | |
| All right for approval of Commissioners meeting minutes for May 20, 2025. Post to approve. | 00:06:10 | |
| Second all in favor, aye. | 00:06:16 | |
| And approval of payroll and claims. | 00:06:20 | |
| Motion to approve. | 00:06:22 | |
| Second all in favor, aye. | 00:06:24 | |
| Earlier today we had a stormwater meeting at 4:30. Our next meeting is Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6:00 PM. | 00:06:28 | |
| Do we have any government officials here who would like to? | 00:06:35 | |
| Big comment tonight. | 00:06:38 | |
| Now Mr. | 00:06:42 | |
| OK, we'll have public comment. We have two who signed up this booth says that the one to talk about Lumos, I'll just. | 00:06:44 | |
| Give you a preface to this before I call you up. | 00:06:51 | |
| Letting you know that. | 00:06:54 | |
| You know, we are aware of multiple concerns in multiple neighborhoods on that. The commissioners have no authority over that | 00:06:55 | |
| particular issue that. | 00:06:59 | |
| Is all regulated by state Regulatory Commission on utilities. | 00:07:03 | |
| Before they begin work, they have to come in and kind of introduce themselves and let us know where they're working. | 00:07:08 | |
| But they have to prescribe easements that they go through with regards to. | 00:07:12 | |
| You know Indianapolis on that. | 00:07:16 | |
| Having said that. | 00:07:18 | |
| I'm happy to hear concerns from. | 00:07:21 | |
| John Manzo. | 00:07:23 | |
| And then Jason Eagle. | 00:07:25 | |
| So we'll take John Manzo first. | 00:07:27 | |
| Welcome. | 00:07:31 | |
| Oh, thank you. | 00:07:32 | |
| As well, just for the record, just name and address for the. | 00:07:34 | |
| John Manzo 3016 Cobb Horse Crossing Rd. New Albany. | 00:07:39 | |
| And I. | 00:07:44 | |
| I know this is probably not beyond this is probably beyond your control. So it's all beyond our control, but we're. | 00:07:46 | |
| Being I'm AI am vice president of the HOA board at College Crossing. | 00:07:52 | |
| And yeah. | 00:07:58 | |
| Just wanted to sort of let you know Culver's Crossing has been sort of a. | 00:07:59 | |
| Difficult place the last few years. 2 1/2 years ago. | 00:08:04 | |
| Pretty much every home in the subdivision was damaged severely from a hailstorm. It was a really localized hail storm and. | 00:08:07 | |
| Pretty much everybody had to get their roof replaces and siding replaced. | 00:08:16 | |
| And the good news is that. | 00:08:20 | |
| In March we had another hail storm and we all have to get our roots replaced and everything, so we're just really feeling. | 00:08:22 | |
| Good about that. | 00:08:28 | |
| And the Silver Creek Bridge, which I know you have no control over. | 00:08:30 | |
| Being out has impacted all of us a lot. And of course opening Wawa in. | 00:08:34 | |
| In Clarksville, it's made getting to Clarksville into a whole and possible experience. | 00:08:40 | |
| Construction on Charlestown Rd. has been. | 00:08:46 | |
| If you live in our subdivision, most of us have to make a left out on Charlestown Rd. | 00:08:49 | |
| Charlestown Rd. feels like every time you pull out, you feel like you're in the midst of a new demolition Derby. How are you going | 00:08:55 | |
| to miss and the recent construction? | 00:08:59 | |
| On that for the bike path and such. | 00:09:04 | |
| Has made cut, has made a bad Rd. | 00:09:08 | |
| Works and we're all sort of frustrated on that. And the other aspect of that is The Walking trail is pretty much inaccessible to | 00:09:11 | |
| us because we have to cross the street to get to it and. | 00:09:16 | |
| Charlestown Rd. is bad. | 00:09:21 | |
| The limousine has been really took all of us by surprise. We sort of all got a last minute notice. | 00:09:24 | |
| And they're really damaging property pretty extensively, probably more than people are realizing. | 00:09:31 | |
| And uh. | 00:09:37 | |
| We're just really frustrated in the fact that we feel really unprotected at this point. | 00:09:39 | |
| And I. | 00:09:44 | |
| And I'm probably saying something that you can't do anything about, and I'm not blaming any of you by any stretch of the | 00:09:45 | |
| imagination. | 00:09:49 | |
| But we're really frustrated between the development on that road, which feels like over development. | 00:09:53 | |
| Chaos and now we're going to be We've all been hit with an extra expense, having to get our homes repaired. | 00:09:59 | |
| Again. | 00:10:06 | |
| And all fighting with insurance because we just did this a few years ago and, and so people are really struggling with that. | 00:10:07 | |
| And now our neighbors and they've been complaining to us on the HOA board are all getting a lot of property damage from from | 00:10:14 | |
| Lumos. | 00:10:18 | |
| So, umm. | 00:10:23 | |
| I'm just saying, I'm just basically saying that a lot of us in the subdivision are feeling really. | 00:10:25 | |
| Overwhelmed at this point and perhaps feeling under protected. We're outside of city limits and. | 00:10:31 | |
| Not sure who to talk to. | 00:10:37 | |
| Something came to talk to you. | 00:10:38 | |
| Thank you. | 00:10:40 | |
| Who's the president of your HOA, Joe? | 00:10:41 | |
| A Schmidt. | 00:10:45 | |
| You got stuck with me tonight. | 00:10:48 | |
| Yeah, it's good to be stuck with you. Yeah, I did. | 00:10:50 | |
| A couple points that might bring a ray of sun. | 00:10:53 | |
| We had two of the four permits. | 00:10:55 | |
| Necessary to bring the blacksmith dam down. Signed off on last Friday. We're waiting the the final two and then construction. | 00:10:58 | |
| Demolition can begin and then construction. | 00:11:07 | |
| Yeah. Also just want to clarify something that there was kind of a misnomer. You had nothing to do with this, but there was this | 00:11:10 | |
| misconception that. | 00:11:13 | |
| We were spending money on that. | 00:11:18 | |
| Trail project that could have been diverted. I know that that's not my just so people know. I've never spoken to it on the public | 00:11:20 | |
| record, but I feel compelled to do that, you know, when we came into office. | 00:11:25 | |
| There was actually money earmarked for that that was under county. | 00:11:30 | |
| Control for the trail project, we took that and that's what's rebuilding Old Vincent's Road hill slide right now. | 00:11:33 | |
| And we took kind of a gamble. We didn't. | 00:11:41 | |
| We actually just push that down the calendar on that trail project 3 or 4 years and thought we'd get money when we could get it, | 00:11:44 | |
| but. | 00:11:46 | |
| Through grant writing we were able to get that, so we didn't miss a beat on that, whether you like the design on that or not. | 00:11:49 | |
| That was. | 00:11:54 | |
| Put into place by. | 00:11:56 | |
| By our predecessors. | 00:11:58 | |
| You know, I don't, I'm not trying to cast blame on them. I mean, I signed off on that too. | 00:12:00 | |
| But there was there was no way to take that money and. | 00:12:04 | |
| And speed up the process down there. And I and I understand that I'm not complaining about that. I'm just basically saying I just | 00:12:08 | |
| feel like. | 00:12:11 | |
| You know, I'm feeling like we're in the other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like to play kind of moment and the I will tell | 00:12:15 | |
| you that. | 00:12:19 | |
| A couple of the neighborhoods that they were in earlier. | 00:12:22 | |
| Sent us some. | 00:12:26 | |
| Photographs of the work that had been done and we were able to relay that to our engineer. | 00:12:27 | |
| And he was able to talk to the Lumos engineers to make sure to kind of stay on top of them. So if you want to forward. | 00:12:31 | |
| You've got my, I think my. | 00:12:38 | |
| My personal cell number, which I'm happy to give out to you, but just. | 00:12:41 | |
| If you want to send me some photographs of what's being done over there, I can send it to the engineers and then they can speak | 00:12:43 | |
| with the Lumos folks to make at least make sure that. | 00:12:47 | |
| They're doing what they're supposed to do within specification. I appreciate it. OK, thank you. | 00:12:51 | |
| All right. Thank you, Mr. Jason Eagle. | 00:12:55 | |
| Good evening. | 00:13:05 | |
| It's Jason. | 00:13:06 | |
| 3305 Coppers Court in New Albany. | 00:13:07 | |
| Is it eagle or Engle? I'm sorry about House and Prairie with an eagle. | 00:13:10 | |
| All right. I've been there about 11 years. Wonderful. | 00:13:13 | |
| Community businesses love it, investing a lot of my financial ability into it. | 00:13:16 | |
| I would love to see the area grow. | 00:13:20 | |
| Three weeks ago when we came back on a wonderful vacation. | 00:13:22 | |
| And we? | 00:13:25 | |
| Wonderful. Eric back there had been trying to communicate with Loomis as well as Horatio on a lot of the situations. | 00:13:26 | |
| Being that I love Internet in the. | 00:13:32 | |
| Different things we can bring into the community. I didn't really mind. | 00:13:35 | |
| However, last Tuesday when I saw Loomis begin construction in our subdivision, that concerned me. | 00:13:38 | |
| I'm not going to come forward and. | 00:13:44 | |
| Great stink of another company. I try to be very understanding. | 00:13:46 | |
| However, I wanted to come today as well. I've been talking with Suzanne a lot of the. | 00:13:49 | |
| I actually reached out to my real estate attorney last week. | 00:13:53 | |
| Had several conversations around this. | 00:13:56 | |
| The situation with Loomis is and Horatio and I discussed this after Susanna had requested him. | 00:13:58 | |
| After Mickey Thompson had requested him several times to contact me. | 00:14:03 | |
| Is the fact that they do have the right of way of the county roads? | 00:14:07 | |
| They have 20 feet from the center line to do so. | 00:14:10 | |
| However, once they enter a subdivision, they're supposed to abide by the plotted easements. | 00:14:12 | |
| For the type of foundation they're laying. | 00:14:17 | |
| Back in October. | 00:14:20 | |
| They normally submitted with Indiana. | 00:14:22 | |
| Utility Commission. | 00:14:24 | |
| On what kind of license they wanted. | 00:14:25 | |
| In March of this year. | 00:14:27 | |
| Loomis was granted by Indiana a telecommunications utility certificate. | 00:14:29 | |
| To operate in our state. | 00:14:33 | |
| Unfortunately, they're moving so quickly. | 00:14:35 | |
| That the Registry Commission cannot track them. | 00:14:37 | |
| They weren't even familiar with them when I spoke to him 2 days ago on last Friday. | 00:14:39 | |
| And they're very concerned, so much so that they reached out to them yesterday. | 00:14:43 | |
| And asked him to put a stop. | 00:14:47 | |
| Until they can get all the lines marked. | 00:14:48 | |
| Their concern was is that once they reached a subdivision, they shouldn't be utilizing those easements that's been plotted by the | 00:14:50 | |
| reporter's office. | 00:14:53 | |
| And unfortunately, you're using the right away of the roads and Horatio unfortunately didn't know that he could prevent that or at | 00:14:57 | |
| least mention that up front to utilize those easements. | 00:15:01 | |
| He apologized. He's very humble and he's showed a lot of integrity. Integrity. | 00:15:05 | |
| To dress that with me. | 00:15:09 | |
| But he didn't ask me to reach out to Rick Fox as well as Susanna and the committee here. | 00:15:10 | |
| To let them know that. | 00:15:15 | |
| He wasn't aware of that. | 00:15:16 | |
| And he didn't know if there's anything we could do to prevent them for other subdivisions or even the rest of ours. | 00:15:17 | |
| In that matter. | 00:15:22 | |
| The concerns we had with Loomis was the fact that they were moving so quickly that they're leaving open pits throughout our | 00:15:23 | |
| community. | 00:15:26 | |
| 3 foot deep. | 00:15:30 | |
| Of course, we don't have sidewalks on our subdivision. | 00:15:31 | |
| So most the children play 5 yards. | 00:15:33 | |
| That was a major concern. | 00:15:35 | |
| The concern I noticed is that the water lines were marked in the road where the water mains were. | 00:15:37 | |
| There are no flags or other you. | 00:15:41 | |
| Utilities marked in our subdivision. | 00:15:42 | |
| Specifically, Whittemore Court. | 00:15:44 | |
| Coverage crossing and Cobblers Court. | 00:15:47 | |
| When I made a phone call to Indiana University. | 00:15:49 | |
| Indiana Utility Commission based off my employers recommendation. | 00:15:51 | |
| I was approached by Aaron, who was over pipeline safety. He reached out to Mickey Thompson after his phone call last Friday. | 00:15:56 | |
| Try to figure out what the world's going on. | 00:16:02 | |
| Because 811 had actually asked them not to begin digging until June 3rd. | 00:16:03 | |
| Because the RMC or gas lines or water could not be marked until then. | 00:16:09 | |
| The issue was that they had already begun and already dug those three sticks, those three-step streets worth. | 00:16:14 | |
| Before they even got to the point of getting marked. | 00:16:19 | |
| Supposedly they don't know. We can't prove it, that they think that even their own. | 00:16:21 | |
| The contractor, which is Millennium Incorporated, who's digging on behalf of one of us, were marking the water mains himself. | 00:16:25 | |
| Based off of people's. | 00:16:31 | |
| Property lines and where the water meter was located at. | 00:16:32 | |
| RMC requested them not to dig till June 3rd because they couldn't get out there till June till my May 28th. | 00:16:36 | |
| But they've already completed the three streets. | 00:16:41 | |
| The weird part is, is even though they got all the digging and all the piping laid round, none of it's been finished. They're | 00:16:43 | |
| moving throughout the whole subdivision. | 00:16:47 | |
| And they're not completing anything. | 00:16:50 | |
| The concern was is that there are so many of these numerous subcontractors because they had told Mickey at the beginning when they | 00:16:52 | |
| applied for the permit. | 00:16:56 | |
| That it was going to be their own contractors. | 00:17:00 | |
| But it's actually not. It's actually a subcontractor and they actually have another subcontract. | 00:17:01 | |
| With them and Millennium Incorporated is requesting the dig permits. | 00:17:05 | |
| And eight One One has finally got caught up with. | 00:17:10 | |
| After the speaking to the OUCC. | 00:17:13 | |
| Aaron called me yesterday. | 00:17:15 | |
| And said hey, what streets are they performed on so far? | 00:17:17 | |
| Informed on the same one that. | 00:17:20 | |
| And he says, well, they're going to pause until they get it confirmed. | 00:17:22 | |
| Bioluminescence actual contractor to come out and proceed forward. | 00:17:25 | |
| The weird part is an hour and a half later. | 00:17:30 | |
| They didn't even show up on those streets yesterday, they showed up on Hadley Place. | 00:17:32 | |
| A whole different street. So they pause on the three streets that he mentioned. | 00:17:37 | |
| That started up starting new work on a whole other area and they haven't finished the other ones yet. | 00:17:40 | |
| The weird part was that today they came right back to covers court and it's finishing up what they showed us to finish to begin | 00:17:44 | |
| with yesterday. | 00:17:47 | |
| Prior to. | 00:17:50 | |
| So the concern was is. | 00:17:52 | |
| They're also supposed to give us as of January 1st this year. | 00:17:53 | |
| They're going to use an easement they're supposed to let us know 48 hours in advance. | 00:17:56 | |
| As of July July 1st, my lawyer said that. | 00:18:00 | |
| 811 requires that within 48 hours they're supposed to let you know. | 00:18:03 | |
| Which easement they're going to dig? Which easement that is? | 00:18:07 | |
| Whether it's the rear or the front and if they need to progress beyond that point. | 00:18:10 | |
| There was no notice. | 00:18:14 | |
| Portland in front of me, who's very elderly. She has irrigation lines all throughout her yard. | 00:18:15 | |
| And she was so worried that they're gonna dig him up. | 00:18:19 | |
| Because they'd already started digging and nothing was marked. | 00:18:22 | |
| Not only the gas lines or water lines or electric lines, but her poor line, so we had to mark those forward. | 00:18:24 | |
| Based off her memory. | 00:18:30 | |
| Because our water company put them in, couldn't come out to a week later. | 00:18:31 | |
| So those are the concerns we're worried about. | 00:18:34 | |
| Obviously they're only three streets in. | 00:18:36 | |
| For now, if you want to count, Hadley Place has been working like crazy, but we have several more left to go. | 00:18:38 | |
| And it's not the only subdivision that I'm concerned about because it's one of the first they're getting started on. | 00:18:43 | |
| Aaron at the pipeline safety was was concerned with the fact that. | 00:18:48 | |
| We don't know why they're moving without stuff being marked. | 00:18:51 | |
| Luckily, 811 sent out six different trucks yesterday and a training crew to get a whole subdivision marked. | 00:18:54 | |
| Did an outstanding job of that. | 00:19:00 | |
| But it wasn't for those phone calls that I made. I don't think it would have happened. | 00:19:01 | |
| The frustrating part that I had was is I did reach out to numerous people, numerous phone calls last week. | 00:19:05 | |
| And I spent two whole work days trying to reach someone that knew something about him. | 00:19:10 | |
| Thankfully Susanna and Mickey Thompson with wonderful help with this. | 00:19:14 | |
| And help me get tied into the right people. | 00:19:17 | |
| But unfortunately not be able to reach out to you all, our Horatio. | 00:19:20 | |
| Is concerned now, Horatio, I know he he's going to approve what he's presented. | 00:19:23 | |
| Same with Vicki Thompson. | 00:19:28 | |
| But if women's isn't being honest up front or utilizing the curriculum. | 00:19:30 | |
| Prove that they say they're going to. | 00:19:33 | |
| That we need to find a way to intervene. I don't know where that part comes into play. | 00:19:35 | |
| And that's why I'm here tonight. | 00:19:39 | |
| Is I'm concerned not only for our own community, but the rest, because they're just starting. | 00:19:41 | |
| They're going to be everywhere. | 00:19:44 | |
| And that was a concern of the pipeline. | 00:19:45 | |
| Well, thank you for taking the time to be here with that tonight, Rick, I don't want to put you on the spot because I don't know | 00:19:47 | |
| if you've heard of this, but. | 00:19:50 | |
| We do need to know what recourse we do or don't have in the matter. | 00:19:54 | |
| With regards to this. | 00:19:57 | |
| This is the first I've heard of it. | 00:20:01 | |
| I don't have. | 00:20:03 | |
| Any documentation in terms of contracts or? | 00:20:04 | |
| I did send Susanna the copy of the contract the Indiana. | 00:20:11 | |
| Gave them approval for certificate. | 00:20:14 | |
| Authority of Indiana, what they're allowed to use. | 00:20:16 | |
| And they are considered a telecommunications company. | 00:20:19 | |
| The gentleman that I spoke to at the third. | 00:20:21 | |
| Translator. | 00:20:23 | |
| Last week said that they're going to use the right away. It was easier. | 00:20:25 | |
| And they're a foundation utility. | 00:20:28 | |
| That's not the case. | 00:20:29 | |
| They're actually considered by Indiana, a telecommunications utility. | 00:20:31 | |
| And therefore we're supposed to be using the same utilities. | 00:20:34 | |
| As spectrum, AT&T as well as RNC. | 00:20:36 | |
| And two years ago, when RMC put our streetlights in, even they abided by the. | 00:20:40 | |
| It's been a lot easier. | 00:20:43 | |
| But then put the streamlines using the right away of a Rd. | 00:20:44 | |
| But even they utilize their reasons. | 00:20:47 | |
| But any any research you could do in the process? | 00:20:50 | |
| Appreciate it. Thank you. | 00:20:53 | |
| All right. Thank you. | 00:20:55 | |
| My comment. | 00:20:59 | |
| From that I would have. From that is that. | 00:21:00 | |
| You know, we've been in open communication with. | 00:21:02 | |
| Every neighborhood that's reached out to us and got hold of us so. | 00:21:05 | |
| That's a little concerning to me that you weren't able to get. | 00:21:08 | |
| Directly. | 00:21:10 | |
| I decided to look you don't have my number or. | 00:21:12 | |
| Zoe's Facebook director. | 00:21:15 | |
| John has my number. I think everybody in the county has. | 00:21:17 | |
| There you go. Everybody's got it. Yeah, so. | 00:21:21 | |
| Anyway, let's. | 00:21:23 | |
| See what resources we do have. | 00:21:25 | |
| And what authority we do have. And let's. | 00:21:27 | |
| Exercise it. | 00:21:30 | |
| As best we can. | 00:21:31 | |
| We have to bring somebody else. | 00:21:32 | |
| Yeah. You know, I'm like Scott or somebody like that or whatever. And then I would also encourage you since this. | 00:21:35 | |
| Kind of in the realm of the. | 00:21:43 | |
| The state of Indiana that I would recommend that you speak to maybe Senator Gary Byrd about that as well, State Senator Gary Byrne | 00:21:45 | |
| or state representatives. | 00:21:49 | |
| All right. Thank you. | 00:21:55 | |
| All right, I. | 00:21:58 | |
| Any closing comment? | 00:22:00 | |
| You know, if I forgot to do anything. I don't think so, but. | 00:22:02 | |
| All right. I'll look for a motion to adjourn. | 00:22:08 | |
| So moved. | 00:22:09 | |
| Second. All right. Thank you all. | 00:22:11 |
